Pros

In the duration of my internship I found that many directors are willing to give appropriate work and are extremely patient with mistakes. There is an independent environment that motivated me to go out and network with the directors in order to be put on projects.

Cons

It is quite essential that any starting individual networks with the directors in order to be involved with their projects. I recommend meeting with all that you can the first couple weeks to get your name out there.

Everyone is very outgoing, social, and very inclusive. There are numerous social events throughout the summer to connect with staff. Pay is really high for an internship.

Cons

As an intern, your work will usually be capped at 40hrs/week but regular employees are always working overtime, especially when it's for a bigger client.
