Pros
Some very bright people albeit they operate as sole traders within a marketing collective rather than sharing any real sense of a common purpose, collaboration or team orientation.
Cons
The operations of the firm are far too hit and miss. There is a lack of accountability in certain operational support functions so that as a Managing Director, I have to double check everything to ensure it actually happens. This includes hiring, billing, contracting etc.
