      Pros

      Remuneration and benefits are competitive with the top firms. Insurance is one of the best.

      Cons

      To say the work is intense is an understatement, esp when you are supporting multiple experts. Also, certain staff working in the offices where the main experts are based in tend to get more visibility and recognition. HR is a joke, especially outside of the US. The review system where you select your own contributors is also such a perfect way for incompetent managers to slip by. Case in point- I work with a particular Manager on literally all our billable projects who is a bossy back-stabber and she didn’t get us to provide her feedback as it is obvious we’d be divulging all her antics. Shows much about her insecurities.
