Pros

My coworkers here are great, management listens to you, and the company is expanding so there is room to grow.

Cons

The pay could be better, but then again I'm not in a very competitive part of the company. Other people are paid well.

Pros

Without a doubt the best part of working at BRG is the people. That may sound cliched, but it is true here. Everyone is exceptionally smart, motivated, and a generally pleasant person to be around. You will never have as wonderful coworkers as you will at BRG. I was very satisfied with my compensation at BRG. The starting salary was high and annual increases always outpaced inflation. Benefits as a whole are satisfactory. Retirement benefits are very impressive. Cases are usually well-managed. The office as a whole is VERY well-run - there's remarkably little bureaucracy to go through to get things done. Problems involving reimbursements and time entry (the one common gripe) have been addressed and are much smoother now. When on cases, you'll always feel like you're contributing significantly to the end goal. No one's time is wasted, and it's nice to have a job where you're producing a tangible product for the client.

Cons

As expected, the one large downside of working here is the unpredictability of hours. There are some employees who work all the time, but most work around 45-50 hours a week, which is reasonable (and overtime work is the primary factor in annual bonuses). The problem is that it is totally unpredictable when those hours will fall.

Pros

The work is very interesting, and the salaries are great. My coworkers are some of the smartest and greatest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Great work space.

Cons

Terrible health insurance (if you don't work in one of the two biggest offices, your options are awful, and corporate simply doesn't care). For a company that projects such a top notch image, they should really be embarrassed. HR is more/less non-existent. I know someone who had to facilitate her own layoff. In theory, there is coordination between specialties (they're favorite word is "synergy"), but this simply doesn't happen. Quite disappointing, because great opportunities are there. Unfortunately, everyone works in separate fiefdoms, rarely collaborating.
