Great work environment. Smart team and high quality client engagements. Unlike some other consulting firms you’re treated like an adult, taking time off is encouraged, likely won’t be bothered as long as you have a good plan while you’re away.

Cons

Some opacity around path from SMC to AD/MD. Mostly utilization, but also some factors outside your control
