      Good learning experience - but only if you’re on the right project

      Pros

      Good exposure to MDs on your project and C-suite management even at a junior level. Pay is on par with the market with room for growth.

      Cons

      Workflow for junior staff is very poorly managed - expect periods of drowning in work followed by months-long stretches of doing nothing at all. Little respect for work-life balance - expect to be working well outside of office hours, weekends, and while on PTO. Your life will be hell with certain project managers.

      There are no pros to working at BRG

      Cons

      Do not work here if you expect to be fairly paid, respected, and treated with dignity (i.e., as a human being). BRG's corporate culture is hostile and cutthroat. They are experts at gaslighting employees. If you report something unethical, be warned: if you report it, it will not be investigated. Instead, you will find yourself on the short end of litigation.
