You will develop good hard skills, specifically with data analysis and coding. People take their work seriously. If you know where to look, there are some good people here.
Cons
Culture and support vary drastically by team and management picks favorites. If they like you they'll engage with you and give you more work opportunities. Otherwise, you'll be iced out. I'd recommend choosing either a larger firm for the better benefits/credibility or sticking with a smaller firm that has found its niche. Additionally, the company is not diverse at all.
