Compared to other consulting firms I've worked at, BRG is the best at giving the individual experts the opportunity to run their own practices without unnecessary top-down interference. It's a collegial group of top-tier experts who can draw on one another's strengths while also operating fairly independently

Cons

There is a tendency towards practice group silos that can lead to some experts competing against each other when they could be collaborating

BRG is a growing firm with ample opportunities for promotion. Employees work closely with partners/experts and have ample opportunities to learn. Managers will respect work-life boundaries. BRG provides opportunities to work across many industries.

Cons

Fast-paced and client oriented.. it is consulting. Managers will not respect work-life boundaries unless YOU set them. Work can be cyclical. Help is given to those who ask, not those who are struggling.
