Good deal flow within tas, valuation, restructuring

Cons

Can be quite an abusive work environment in certain offices and only powerpoint work. Company is often not as integrated as it should be. CEO IS THE MAN.

Pros

Some pretty smart people work there. Takes luck to land on a good team or work with a good managing director.

Cons

Appears that firm management primarily/only considers paid utilization in determining raises/bonuses (or keeping your job). Many MDs aren't willing to train/mentor staff. Siloed practice areas without much crossover.

-if you do well and work hard, they are good about giving promotions and raises -pretty good benefits offerings -great team and camaraderie with other administrative staff; generally nice people -company is growing fast; you will always have a stable job -you can learn a lot on the job and they are willing to train you

Cons

-as administrative staff, they work you (expect a fast-paced, busy schedule with some overtime) -your experience can be highly dependent on your manager -there's definitely an imbalance in how the consulting staff/experts are treated vs. administrative staff
