Upper management was so disconnected from what was actually happening in the field. Hired bottom of the barrel sub contractors that made managing a safe job site incredibly difficult. Offered "Unlimited PTO" but than made you feel guilty about taking some time off.

Local Front Range company, they wont be asking you to move out of state or do overnight travel. Relatively flexible hours, they understand most people have kids and families.

Constant change, change in management, change in processes, change in software, change in reporting, change in core values. Everybody is exhausted from the changes.
