Owner removing investment for Asia, but expects 4 x Market growth. No Trade Spend or product development and reduced Heads. 20+ hours a week free expected due to staff shortages

Pros

Great product and very loyal customer based. UK MD tries to make a good place to work, but you are expected to work 50 hours a week.

Cons

Group is run by the spoilt son of the founder. Business makes fantastic profit, but is run on a shoes string meaning understaffed and NO work/life balance
