Family run business Friendly staff great training quality products both customers and staff taken care of. Fully enjoy working here and proud to be Brita staff

great plant floor people with lots of friends

Cons

Immense workload with too many bosses in Canada and US. No communication from boss as well as no planning. No administrative support. No raises for 8 years. Left on my own to guess what was needed. No meetings with leadership. I seemed to be bosses secretary at times. Boss could not plan but I could. I would organize/plan only to watch her destroy. No credit for my work. No annual review. All credit went to leadership and not me.
