This company does not offer training and promotes infighting among the staff. Management does not possess the skills to effectively run a project, let alone a company.

Worked with some pretty good engineers from the Melbourne, FL office.

Cons

They hired unqualified staff for the Seattle office which was a total embarrassment. If you are in a satellite office, you have to understand you are a second class employee to the mother ship in Melbourne. The company does not care about your personal or professional obligations.

Excellent benefits and great project work. Leadership really cares about the team. The work is solid and the future is great. The ability to buy stock is wonderful.

Cons

None. It's a great place to work and really doesn't have a downside. People truly care about each other. It's a family.
