A company that cares about the team

Pros

Team members are treated very well here with lots of perks. The work we are doing is for some of the largest companies in the world not to mention some of the coolest projects out there. The growth potential here is second to none, many team members have been promoted from within.

Cons

The only downside, and it's only a downside depending on how you look at having a steady pipeline of work, is the work can make for some long days. But team members are compensated very well for their extra efforts.

Steady stream of work. Good client base.

Cons

Upper management mostly ready to retire soon and are artificially inflating company stocks before they dump their share. If this were a public company they all would be going to jail. Employees overworked, you will be burnt out after one-twp years at this company. Been with BRPH for over 3 years and ready make a move when new opportunites arise..

Workload is beneath even a subpar employee, company will spend money on frivolous meals and supplies for employees including travel at the clients' expense

Cons

Management is disjointed and there is a real and problematic lack of communication between offices. Instead of being thoughtful about staff promotions, advances are given to those not meeting basic management qualifications. Business development is put before any work product.
