Additionally, performance reviews often include misleading feedback that does not accurately reflect employees' contributions.Additionally, the training provided has not been adequate for employees to succeed in their roles, which has contributed to a less than optimal work environment. This location does not offer lunch-and-learn opportunities, and management discourages attending such events at other offices.
