      Pros

      The management can be pretty hands off in most cases - unless you work in New Orleans. They are big on getting you training opportunities if that's what you'd like. When I worked there, everyone was good about letting you do your job without interfering or micromanaging.

      Cons

      There is a huge "good ol' boy" culture there. Promotions depended on who you knew, not necessarily your knowledge or skills.
