      Great vacation time off (4 weeks vacation after 3 years) and additional 2 weeks sick leave. Job security Don't have to take your work home

      Cons

      Not very satisfying or challenging from an engineering/design stand point

      Pros

      - work life, - all management is nice, -have great training programs you can choose from with Petroskills where you train with folks from O&G private sector on technical matter

      Cons

      - pay -no sense of accomplishment - Have been going "by the books". BSEE regional has been using layman's understanding/concepts rather than having a technical engineering mindset when it comes to doing the job. - room to move up in the ranks
