Great salary and wonderful colleagues, but limited student development

Good salary. Interesting tasks. I had great supervisors and worked with a wonderful team, this includes a few employees from other departments as well, with whom I interacted with for various tasks that I was assigned with.

Cons

For students the career development is not that great in my observation.
