      Trust during job interview do not translate to the promise claimed

      Good job; the location and environment to work in is pleasant.

      Cons

      Salaries for workers need improvement and far below market rate.The promised salary during employment was not realised during the employment period. Employed a self-proclaimed performer (MBA) and wannabe country manager that took the entire Sales Team out in a rut.
