Great place to work. ANZ Leaders are engaged and make effort to listen and show appreciation. Lots of opportunities for professional growth with abundant resources and learning opportunities. Company offers flexible working arrangements and provides the autonomy to work independently. Employees are friendly across ANZ and helpful.

Cons

Some global meetings scheduled in evenings. Benefits package is basic and could be improved.
