Excellent work-life balance with reasonable workload and flexible working hours. Exposure to a wide range of industries and clients, which keeps the work diverse and interesting. Solid employee benefits and supportive team environment.

Cons

The work environment is very stable, which can sometimes translate into limited growth opportunities or slow career progression. Not the best place if you're seeking a fast-paced or highly dynamic career path.
