An exciting company to work for with opportunities out there for those that earn them and want to do well. This company has come a long way over the years with an approachable executive an management team on board. It is continually introducing new incentives around wellbeing, the environment and the way in which we work and is striving to put both internal and external customers first.

Cons

Some of the systems can prove to be a little restraining at times.

All good to begin with...

Professional approach and claim to value high standards. Good IT system and expenses payments.

Cons

Having traveled 1000 miles (round trip) for an interview and another 1000 miles for several days unpaid for training I was assured that there was more than enough work to keep 'external resource' assessors busy. In fact I was assured I was expected to be approved and operating solo within 90 days - I completed all the training as requested and on time. Scroll forwards 6 months and I have received no training schedule and no work. Other members of my training course have described similar experiences. Overall a waste of time.

The management support and empower people to take new challenges. They also give a full range of new possibilities and changing roles. Easy work/life balance.

Cons

There is a big gap between departments. Some of them are brilliant, some of them need to improve.
