      Pros

      Great working atmosphere. A company that really cares about its people. Opportunity for progression and growth. MK nice open office where ideas for improvement are encouraged.

      Cons

      A challenging offering with a lot of caveats makes it difficult to learn. No tangible product so hard to explain to those that don't have assessment/testing.

      Clear well-articulated business vision; customer-led approach; focus on personal development; strong consideration of work/life balance; welcoming and inclusive culture open to new people, new ideas and new ways of doing things; Kitemark Court in MK is a very pleasant environment to work in; Costa coffee and restaurant on site. Great colleagues!

      Cons

      Complex business structure takes a while to learn who's who and what's what; computers aren't the most up-to-date but workable.

      BSI are a very supportive copmany, offering development and career opportunities if you want them. It's a fun place to work with a great set of people who want to do well.

      Cons

      Process heavy and corporate environment which may not suit some people.
