Pros

Good people Strong international brand Close knit team atmosphere A very work/life balance friendly office, very rarely pressure to stay more than half an hour late

Cons

Very poor management Sheep like approach to growing the company, if management would stop copy catting SAI global and other major competitors they could develop their own niche.

Pros

Good company that encourages Employees to participate and is trying to break away from its traditional background. Very ambitious plans for future growth.

Cons

Needs to widen incentive schemes to more than just sales and get better choice of food and sandwiches for the canteen.
