Get to work from home, and I’m lucky to work with a handful of very supportive people.

Cons

Lack of communication, things happen very last minute and have poor planning. They often reward poor performance and under appreciate high achieving employees. Toxic behaviours, especially in leadership positions, are not uncommon and wellbeing is not taken seriously. Very high workloads due to not wanting to increase headcount when it’s needed.
