My boss was really great - He is the best boss I ever had. Culture is good - Most of people are friendly and easy to work with.

Business strategies needed a lot of improvement. Some local business strategies (selection of focused accounts, for example) are cascaded down from top management without thorough research and anaysis of local market and busiess situation.
