      Some hard working people work for BTAS

      Cons

      Owners listen to rumors, and waste everybody's time with their un-controllable emotions. Company has little value to offer to the customer. Allot of drama caused by owner... Leadership has retired and forgot to tell owner...

      Pay check arrives on time. Salary decent.

      Cons

      The PTO policies are horrendous. You are not allowed to carry-over more than 16 hours per year. You are constantly asking for advanced leave to take any sort of time off. Not much choice in medical coverage. During the contract transition corporate made themselves seen. Have neither seen, nor heard from them since.
