Pros
A good environment to work in, good chances of working in many different projects related to testings. Wide range of people to interact with.
Cons
Perks are negligent. Takes a very long time to get a raise in salary. HR body makes silly mistakes every now and then. Recently got audited from DOL for not paying overtime to employees.
