No benefits, no paid time off, no increment, very basis pay

Everything, ridiculously low pay even though they receive a good chunk of money for your services from the Client. The worst third party contracting company there is. There are so many contracting companies that offer you so much more than BTI. Big companies hiring out consulting companies are very common these days and any contracting company is better than BTI. The upper management only cares about making their money, you can tell by the no holiday pay or PTO, which is not common even with contracting companies.
