Unfortunately many. Live up to your core values like respect and teamwork and people. Recording employee keystrokes and monitoring activities does not instill trust. Treat all employees fairly. Hold all employee meetings so everyone can understand the vision and strategy. Make changes to your senior leadership. Practice what you preach.
