Not much at all communication is bad and pay is bad and they treat humans like animals

Cons

The HR team is a mess they dont respond but instead makes us write fake glass door reviews so they can look good. In reality my manager told me we do not really care about the employees we just care to hire until the clients dont need them.

The people they appoint as managers are not professional. Managers abuse their power, and are not up to par. They need more managerial training
