      Easy to get into. Good place to start. Works as an implementation partner. Exposure to various vendors and technology. Plenty to learn as a fresher.

      Cons

      Most roles are dead ends. Low wage compared to other competitors. No promotion, salary increase or conversion to FTE with prime client.
