      Pros

      Hire almost anyone. Good opportunity if you don't have the right background. You get to meet people from any background.

      Cons

      Turnover is quick. They hire almost anyone because of the rapid vacancies. Sometimes it causes for bad fits to be brought in. Almost no benefits.

      Competitive pay for test engineers. Easy work

      Cons

      Expect long hours of doing nothing in the morning followed up with a hectic schedule after lunch with no idea when you'll go home. Working on weekends is expected. The work is dreary and repetitive. You won't learn any skills you can transfer to another job and you won't be excited about what you do. Management sucks up to Korean HQ so don't expect them to ever take your side or listen to your suggestions unless it's run by Korean HQ.
