Pros
Competitive pay for test engineers. Easy work
Cons
Expect long hours of doing nothing in the morning followed up with a hectic schedule after lunch with no idea when you'll go home. Working on weekends is expected. The work is dreary and repetitive. You won't learn any skills you can transfer to another job and you won't be excited about what you do. Management sucks up to Korean HQ so don't expect them to ever take your side or listen to your suggestions unless it's run by Korean HQ.
