      -Full time job -Offer paid benefits for individuals.

      Cons

      -No PTO -Expensive family insurance -According to Google and others, BTI is one of the lower paid contracting companies even though we do exactly the same thing. -Would rather keep you at the same position than move you up to a better paying position for their benefit. -No sonority -Must fill out 3 different forms for the same requests -Lack of structure -"Contractor treatment"

      Good place to get experience Easy to get hired Health Insurance

      Cons

      Pay is low. Raises are a joke. No room for growth within the company; no promotions. PTO is non existent. Doesn't matter how hard you work, you're going to be paid and treated the same as those who don't.
