Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the lack of transparency you've experienced. We are trying our best to improve on communication and employee recognition. We hope that sometime in the near future, rates will improve for our hard working employees. As of work environment, unfortunately BTI is not in control in terms of work environment since you worked at a client space.
