      Highly depend on the client's requests. Sole client means high risk to maintain the business.

      Great to start up but poor management!

      Pros

      Anyone can get hired and become an engineer, direct deposit paycheck... thats it.

      Cons

      Pay rate, poor benefit plans, no pay increase after evaluation, very poor mamagement, does not care about their employees, managers does not know what they are doing
