Good pay. Team leaders are helpful. Nice place San diego. Multicultural environment where you will work with lots of different people which can very useful.

Cons

Irregular working hours. Too much work pressure. You are made to work very hard as the company is competing with Apple. But it's a good initial job to increase your knowledge.
