Not much at all communication is bad and pay is bad and they treat humans like animals

Cons

The HR team is a mess they dont respond but instead makes us write fake glass door reviews so they can look good. In reality my manager told me we do not really care about the employees we just care to hire until the clients dont need them.

Pros

Great pay if you like to work overtime but low pay otherwise. Stepping stone for learning basics of testing.

Cons

No work life balance. Management is terrible and corrupt. Frowned upon if you cannot work weekends and advised it will affect annual performance reviews. Normal work in a 9-5 = 2000 hours annually but worked nearly 3400 hours in this job annually. No time for life or family. Low opportunity for advancement. Raises are a dollar if you’re lucky. No career growth after a certain point.
