The leadership here, the content we deliver, the staff you get to work with ... it's all incredible. It's like winning the lotto working here. Everyone truly cares about developing an individual while servicing clients equally. Work life balance is promoted and made possible. You're treated as an adult expected to accomplish a job and given autonomy over your schedule, whatever that means so long as your job is done. All levels have a voice and the direction the company and business units are headed in if they want.
