      Has potential but could use some help

      Pros

      They have a pretty good benefits program and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      They definitely favor those who sell as far as salaries and recognition so just be aware of that if you are going into any type of ops role.

      Great people to work with. Leadership has a positive attitude - non-punitive.

      Cons

      Sales ahead of people - this puts resource planning on the back burner and creates severe stress for people working here.
