Work culture is very transparent you can talk to anyone from department , even speak upto director level without any hesitation 5. Use of latest tech like AI very much 6. Will learn a lot about human pyschology and communications type things due to extra training
Cons
1. Once stuck with a product type it becomes difficult to get other knowledge because of busy schedule and limited opportunities to wrok from scratch
