Pros

Love my job here, exponentially growing company. I am fortunate to be in the front row watching the company expand into energy and gradually becoming one of the dominant players in the power industry. Beautiful office to work from in Irvine California, free lunches and great colleagues.

Cons

Working across multiple sectors feels overwhelming but taken the right approach, BaRupOn is the right place to succeed.

The company is expanding rapidly into a powerhouse in various sectors, as a key employee of the company I get to experience a lot of things here gaining immense knowledge and experience. Everyday there is something new to learn and I feel I am a part of this company’s amazing journey.

Cons

This job comes with a lot of responsibilities and unique challenges, for someone looking to work at a simple task oriented job this would be a con but personally I think it’s a pro.
