      Pros

      Offers VISA if you need to, gives chance to have interviews and have free guest house to live. Free technical training from remote trainer.

      Cons

      If ZERO experience on IT it is very hard to get projects. Salary is quite low compare to what you do on your project. Hard to get PTO since basically you get hourly pay. Issuance is very expensive and you need to pay by your own.
