      1. great work environment 2. wonderful co workers 3. helpful management 4. great learning opportunity

      Cons

      Strict HIRE & FIRE policy. Do not join for long term prospect. Use it only as a stepping stone to increase experience and move on. You will not find a single recruiter working for more than 1-2 yrs when you join and that is the warning signal Silly management. Do not order non-veg food when the management comes to India and throws a party otherwise you will fall in the bad books. :-D (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED). Also, do not order too expensive food. And also, do not let the management know if you are in a relationship with a co-worker. One of you will be definitely fired. Any one of these reasons among several other silly ones are enough to get you fired immediately. Remember "STRICT HIRE & FIRE POLICY"
