No proper trainer/training for .Net (it applies to other technologies too) They will conduct some mock interviews after training period which I personally feel is time waste process. They wasted my 4-5 months of opt period is this process of training and mock interview before pulling into the market. Most of the times there will be no one to clarify your doubts or clear the tough question you face in an interview. No direct prime vendor/client contact All requirements you get will be having Layers or/and F2F mandatory. They are good at manipulating things so better you have written/email of everything you speak with them. There are only two cases you will get a project from Baanyan 1. if you are very good experience or/and knowledge to clear an F2F. or 2. if you are lucky
