      They stop your OPT for sure. That's it.

      Cons

      They don't pay you on time. Fake your resume. Don't get you projects for months. I have seen people not getting a single project for 1 year. They fire people like crazy. The contract you signed with them is not legal. They charge you 5k-10K for leaving this company based on their mood. They don't value consultants, and keep abusing you.
