Pros

Company has been sold to new owners so the hope is for relevant messaging that can help find the next generation of clients.

Cons

Too many holy cows, too much 'ring kissing' required of store managers instead of effectively discussing business. The company just introduced their first CRM for the retail division, but the program only gathers information for marketing and product data needs, it does not allow store employees to gather data and manager their business. Sales employees are obligated to continue using paper and maintaining folders and many three ring binders.
