Beautiful product with rich history. Amazing, knowledgeable customers.

Cons

Broken promises and a fake woke environment with retaliatory actions towards employees who call out racism, sexual harassment, and outright verbal abuse. Poor training. Poor communication. Poor planning. Lots of finger pointing and insults but no responsibility taken. No work/life balance. All work all the time is expected.

Great products. I loved the brand! Employee discounts. Good work/life balance. Management is bad, but people you work with are nice, and friendly.

Cons

Bad management. Sudden job rotation without consent. Difficult or almost impossible to get promoted. People quit a lot. You’re not rewarded even if you achieve target sale. Favoritisms. No union (in Japan).
