Long Hours. Whether your salary or hourly. The wrong people here get promoted ..... IYKYK Very low salary.. bonuses in your offer letter are NOT honored ! QC/QA is a mess... they don't do anything... Project managers think they run the show... kiss way to much a** to customers and then everything falls on Production..
